5 out of 5 starsThe shirt itself is lovely. Did not put it in the dryer but the decorations on the sleeves are already turning up. That is okay, the overall product is very comfortable and soft. Fit is perfect. Not going to dock stars for something very much out of control.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I don't do extra wrapping for gifts (ie. wrapping paper) as of now, but if you wish to include a message card etc. that's fine!
How long does it take for the parcel to reach me?
Due to COVID slowing shipments down, I am unable to give an accurate estimation and can only provide what is stated on Singpost's website (see shop announcement for link). The timing are all subjected to delays unfortunately.
I have yet to receive my parcel! Can you possibly check it for me?
I'm really sorry about that!
For standard deliveries (untracked), I have no means of checking it as the moment I dropped it off at the post office it is out of my control and they are unable to track it as well in the case of lost mails.
For registered deliveries (tracked), I will contact the Singpost with your tracking number and they usually take around 3-7 days for a response and up to 3 weeks for actions to be taken. If the parcel is confirmed to be lost by them, I will then submit a claim and process the refund for you or send out a new one, whichever you prefer.
If your parcel's tracking shows that it has already reached your country, it would be more efficient to contact your local post office directly regarding the problems.
I made an error selecting the order options/keyed in the wrong address, is it still possible to change them?
Yes as long as the order hasn’t been shipped out yet! For preorder items that you chose the wrong option for (ie. wrong character) please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll note it down in your order for you ^^
Will you be having xx item in a different size/option?
If there’s enough interest/possibility I would definitely look into it! Feel free to message me anytime to suggest the options you want if interested :)
Can I request to have you sign on the print?
Yes, do leave a request in order remarks if desired! It will be signed with either black/gold/silver marker depending on the print material.
